One World Week 2016

In November we celebrated the diversity of our world and, indeed our school. Each class chose a country to celebrate during the week with a large majority of their work being centred around their chosen country.

We also ran a 'One World' celebration which involved a 'world trip' for the families visiting different 'countries' (classrooms) and taking part in different activities such as fan making from pizza making in Italy to decorating Brazilian headresses, alongside the children had been learning throughout the week. It ended with an international musical celebration.
